Alewife. Thousand Stars

Mar 5, 2021 | Pilsner

IT’S WRITTEN IN THE STARS!

Sparkly, dazzling and mesmerizing….some words that describe the wonders and mystery of stars twinkling in the deep black night sky. They are also good words to describe Thousand Stars by Alewife Brewing.

Their German Style Pilsner delivers refreshing bite with a crisp, clean finish. It pours a golden hue with subtle aromas of bready crackers and a hint of spice. A sweetness hits the tongue on the first sip, followed by more malt and cracker notes and slight citrus, peppery hop bitterness. It’s moreish and thirst quenching while being flavorful enough to savor. A perfect pint while contemplating life and staring at the nights sky!

5.2% ABV /  35 IBU  |  Bronx, NY

Description from the brewery:

Clean, crisp, balanced German Style Pilsner with a smooth grainy-sweet maltiness for a soft, dry finish. Subtle floral notes with ever so slight herbal hops help keep the balance but take a supporting role. A refreshing everyday beer!
