Armadillo Ale Works. Honey Please
MAKE A BEE-LINE.
Blonde beers are a great style to add a little honey and ramp up the sweetness. But have you had a brew with mesquite beans as well? These pea pod looking things pack a punch of sweetness and also offer a load of protein too. So Armadillo Ale Works went all out and crafted up a decadent honey and mesquite bean blonde craft beer.
Pouring a dazzling gold the aroma hits you with sweet honey and vanilla notes, plus a hint of grain. The taste of honey and a slight peppery tinge comes through in the flavor but it isn’t overly sweet as you might expect. With a chewy malt backbone balanced with a slight hop bitterness, this craft beer is something a little more unique and develops in flavor as it warms. No wonder this brew has won a shelf load of awards! A Solid Pick craft beer.
