Burlington Beer. Reflected Symmetry
MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL!
It’s always fun when you pick a new beer not knowing quite what you will get. At the very least you hope it’s good, preferring it to be rather enjoyable. Ultimately you wish it to be great. Then comes along a beer that just gets you….Like Reflected Symmetry by Burlington Beer Co.
This hazy IPA is brewed with ancient grains, although I’m not exactly sure what those grains are. But who cares when a tangy citrus, mango, melon and a touch of vanilla hits your nose. The taste is even better with a grain sweetness following lots grapefruit, orange, pineapple and slight cracked black pepper. An earthy hop bitterness rounds out the flavor and begs you to take another gulp. This IPA hits the mark. Balanced, yummy and moreish.
