Other Desi. 3 Ranis

Aug 7, 2020 | Fruit & Veg, Sours

Other Desi Beer Company craft some unique brews inspired by South Asian flavors. Plus a portion of the sales go towards various charities! In the case of their latest release 3 Ranis, this Pink Guava Hibiscus Sour not only hits the spot but proceeds go towards Breast Cancer Alliance!

Pouring a hazy pink grapefruit color, aroma’s are pronounce with guava, grapefruit and some slight melon. The first sip fills the mouth with a mild tartness with more guava and grapefruit coating the tastebuds. Notes of hibiscus, cranberry and a citrus peel bitterness come through at the end. The carbonation is on the lower side, less champagne and more sessionable, making this a very moreish and drinkable sour ale. An ideal introduction for non sour fans!

4.5% ABV  |  Branford, CT

Description from the brewery:

Our 4.5% Pink Guava Hibiscus Sour is sure to tantalize your taste buds. It’s sour, sweet and lactose free. A portion of this beer will be donated to breast cancer research
